    Changing the automatic Elog scripts

    The script that save an elog entry at the end of each run is online/bnmr/bin/elog_every_run.csh. Command line to add an elog entry: melog -h isdaq01 -p 8081 -l bnmr -a author="Dong" -a Type="Automatic Elog" -a System="Elog" -a Subject="this is subject" -m filename
    To send picture to elog: melog -h isdaq01 -p 8081 -l bnmr -a author=''Automatic Elog" -a Type=''Automatic Elog" -a System=''Elog" -a Subject=''Pic Grab" -f pic.jpg -m /scripts/blank.txt
