After completing a sample change( see section 6.3) ensure the loading rod has been moved into the lock and is supported with the brass rod, and SLV5 is closed. (The EPICS page entitled "BNMR Vacuum" should still be open.)2. Isolate the turbo pump by closing the inlet GV6. 3. Spin down the trubo pump TP6 (i.e., turn it off; it will change from green to black on the display). 4. Once the turbo pump has slowed isolate it from the roughing pump by closing BV6 and PV5. 5.
